I highly recommend a Microswiss Heatsink ONLY, not the hotend kit.What has happened is the material where the hotend screw mounts is too thin and the screw has stripped out the threads. I got a blob on my Ender 3 V3 KE a few years ago, discovered Slice Engineering’s Plastic Repellant Paint and I haven’t since. Apply some of it to the nozzle to prevent any filament from sticking to it.

What are you talking about? My Ender 3 V3 KE is a budget bed slinger and has better walls and produces less VFAs than that.
