I never thought I needed a 12 mouse buttons for this game but I hope it’s a big change in a good way for me
I'm using a Redragon M908 Impact now after going through 3 Corsair Scimitar RGB Elites... Each of the Scimitars started having scroll wheel issues after somewhere between 9 months and a year or so. There was also the occasional issue where the customization profiles just wouldn't load and I had to p

Can’t get used to using a mmo mouse. Can you share your keybindings?
I've been using mmo mouses since 2009. Razer Naga was good for its time but unfortunately you can't adjust the buttons. I currently use the Corsair Scimitar Elite Wireless, which let's you adjust the place the side buttons are on, and it helped tremendously. For context, I'm also left handed, but th

Need help picking out a new gaming mouse that's Linux compatible.
These Corsair mouses are supported by their web app (https://www.corsair.com/web-hub/):SABRE V2 PROSABRE V2 PRO CFSABRE V2 PRO MGSCIMITAR ELITE WIRELESS SE Some older Corsair mouses are supported by ckb-next. I used both new and old Scimitars and I have no complains.

Anyone using an MMO mouse with linux, Im after something where all the buttons work, not to bothered about rgb stuff. Any suggestions?
Corsair scimitar elite here. I use ckb-next to configure it. The only problem is that I haven't found a way to write to the onboard mouse memory yet. Works fine though, all buttons work and can be set through ckb. would just love to be able to configure it so I can move to a different device and kee

Reached out to a vendor about a gaming mouse and the lack of Linux software
Yeah that's why I went with Corsair over them, but ckb-next isn't working with the new versions of the Scimitar. So, I have been using xremap for my new Corsair Scimitars. It works with the dongle that comes with the wireless one and it works with the wired one too. Can have different profiles for e

Do you use MMO (multi-button) mouse? If so, which one?
I have a Corsair Scimitar Elite and play in Linux, it works well with CKB-next and it allows you to remap buttons to anything else. Unfortunately you can't use separate button layer (on Windows buttons map to M1-M12 by default but Linux doesn't have it, you need to map to F1-F12 or something else) I

Can’t press 2 side buttons at same time with wired Corsair Scimitar RGB Elite
UPDATE: I have another Corsair scimitar RGB elite wired mouse that’s older, couple years. It has firmware 3.21 installed on it and it does NOT have this problem. Is there any way to fix my new mouse to work?

Scimitar Mouse Must Be Unplugged/Replugged After Reboot
It's a firmware bug causing driver initiation failure that Corsair seemingly won't acknowledge. Here is my post about it: https://www.reddit.com/r/Corsair/comments/1pfkf3q/scimitar_rgb_elite_firmware_defect_pid_1be3_units/

Scimitar Wireless | Modifier Keys (Shift/Ctrl) No Longer Work After Latest iCUE Update
Can confirm this is still not fixed. Just got an Scimitar Elite a few days ago under the impression that since it supposedly works on macOS with iCUE I didn't need to continue to use something like Karabiner to get modifiers working with it. Use case is playing Guild Wars 2 primarily: I want 1 to be

Any dualbooters out there in the wild? What's that one (or more) game keeping you from fully moving over to Linux for gaming?
I've got a bunch of random old software That I have to have to run physical hardware for work and hobbies that I've just never been able to get working. My plotter, sublimation printer, vinyl cutter, laser cutter, The old Dot matrix printer, My keyboard and mouse, My 3D keypad, Even my 3D printer wh
