Coros Apex 4 review (after sort of extensive use)

Thanks for the review. I too have the Apex 4 (46mm), and disagree with a few points here. (And for reference, I’m strictly a road runner; run 6-7 days/week, usually 80k/week.) I find the MIP screen very readable, not at all dim. Compared to my previous watch, a Fenix 7 Pro, it’s just as readable—may

Convince me not to return my Pace 3 for a Forerunner 165

Funny. I just came from Garmin and saw the light (i.e. coros, I have the pace pro). I was thinking about posting something that may help others. But here’s what I’ve seen, I like coros better. App is FAR SUPERIOR. Easy to understand, organized, everything you need, nothing you don’t. Customization i

Has anyone switched back to Garmin?

I went from a Pace Pro to a Forerunner 970 and back. Garmin is such a mess in case of UX on both App and Website. I can not understand how a Company that big is not able to make a proper software for it’s customers. I’m mean seriously? For me it was the opposite with updating threshold with Garmin.

Thinking about ditching my Garmin 965 for Coros - Help!

I have switched from fenix 6 pro to pace pro digital dial is easy to use, very easy with gloves if you want to scroll with, easier than pressing a button it didn’t rub on my gloves i have gotten used to it very quickly two things i am not very fond of with coros: workout ends and pauses when the pla

Pace Pro

I switched from Garmin to coros and specifically to the pace pro and am happy. For battery life and ease of use with a cleaner/simpler app experience/interface it wins big time. Again will depend on your use, but as primarily just a runner who also uses it to track gym workouts, hikes, and walks it’

Garmin user thinking about Coros…

I moved from garmin forerunner 265s to coros pace pro last Sunday. Best choice ever. The app is way more clear. Coros Workout builder... No comparison with the garmin one. The web app training hub is amazing. It has almost all the information of workouts that you can find within training peaks. Work

Switching from FR965

I switched about a month ago - a buddy was in the market for a 965 and I was planning to pick up the Pace Pro sometime soon anyway, so it was good timing. I loved all the data points the 965 provided, and I definitely miss that a little bit. Coros interprets the data in different ways (running effic

Sell me on Coros

Coros app is so much better. It’s simple. If you are worrying about all the health metrics from Garmin, Coros doesn’t really intend to gameify the fitness. It gives you the data but doesn’t give you the body batteries, or the sleep scores or any of that. A lot of the same metrics but just provided d

Still loving my Apex 4

For me they are pretty similar in terms of data relating to sport, health, sleep etc. The main differences are things like sleep score, body battery, some other things like pace pro, flashlight built into the watch. However, the training metrics and analysis is better for me on Coros, the simplicity

Coros to Garmin back to Coros?

I did nearly the exact same thing. Had the Pace Pro a few months, wanted something a big bigger and more rugged. Got the Epix Pro 2 on Amazon Sale, with plan to sell the Coros Pace Pro on marketplace. Returned the Garmin literally the next day, couldn’t get over how bad the UI is (I previously was w
