I think accurate naman kasi bago ako mag-start ng sub-30 plan nag-fitness test muna ako na provided ng watch mismo. Saka sa mga intervals, tempo, long-runs saka sa PR attempts gumagamit ako both ng COROS Foot Pod at Heartrate Monitor. Push mo yang upgrade sa Pace 4. Solid yan!

If I was in the market for a pure running watch and didn’t plan to wear it 24/7 I’d get a Coros Pace 4 or Pace Pro if I needed maps.
