just remember qring doesn't log exercise to health connect which is a pain ..it only logs heart rate , steps and sleep ..total calories burned is useless ..if it logged exercise it'd be a half decent ring. also.Qring and colmi rings have a problem transferring rem sleep to health connect for some re
