Least, expensive smart ring
I would like to know too, I am currently using the Colmi Rings R9. Tracks well but the app is not good deletes data and cannot change or add sleep and menstrual data.

just remember qring doesn't log exercise to health connect which is a pain ..it only logs heart rate , steps and sleep ..total calories burned is useless ..if it logged exercise it'd be a half decent ring. also.Qring and colmi rings have a problem transferring rem sleep to health connect for some re

Talk me our of getting a Colmi ring
I have a Colmi R02. Battery lasts 3 maybe 4 days. Activity and Sleep tracking is OK. Less accurate than Huawei Band (which is less accurate than Apple Watch). Ring is bulky and leaves an indent on my fingers. Also fingers unable to close together when straight. For the cheap purchase cost it is defi
