The mattest matte lipstick to ever matte?
Like the other said, liquid lipstick might be what you’re looking for. However, I think I know what you mean by “draggy” (maybe that you have to tug at it?). I think the Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution lipstick gives me the same vibe. It doesn’t go on creamy, and I have to apply it in sections.
