Looking for Opinions on a Couple (very) Beginner Machines [$130-$150]
I have the Casabrew CM5418 Pro, it appears to have the ultra fast heating element that the Bambino has. There isn’t a ton of research or videos on the CM5418 Pro but I think it’s been a great machine and appears to be worth the upgrade from the non pro version. It heats up in literally three seconds

“Low effort” espresso machine that still makes decent espresso?? [$500]
I had a superautomatic. (Note past tense.) What I loved: push-button ease of brewing many different drinks. Easy enough for everyone in my family. What I didn't love: Drinks were at best "okay." Guests (like my parents, inlaws) were still, for whatever reason, apprehensive about/scared to use it. Cl

Barista Basics
Congrats on starting your barista journey! Basically, espresso is all about pressure, forcing hot water through finely ground coffee at about 9 bars to extract the oils and flavors in ~30 seconds. For beans, most shops use medium to dark roasts because they're easier to balance; light roasts can be t

Buying my first coffee set [€300]
Hey! I'm a coffee newbie too.I was also thinking about whether to get a used machine, but they may have hidden issues. So i chose to buy a new one. It's about the same price as a used machine,my casabrews 5418pro.It's super simple to use and makes coffee really fast!

Help?!? What espresso machine to only make espresso milk drinks? [$100-300]
Casabrews 5418 pro. Strong stream wand from what a lot of reviews say. Fast heat up. Will feel similar to a bambino at a way lower price point. Just have to get a grinder. I'm gonna give a tip as someone who has been a commercial barista for the last 13 years (also an unpopular opinion): If you're a

Casabrews CM5418 for a newbie - Is it a good choice?
I have a 5418 Pro and like it. I bought a DeLonghi ECP3630 (now $179) and a De’Longhi Classic (now $229) also and preferred the Casabrews over both. The CM5418 is now $140, for comparison. I had a very basic espresso machine LONG ago and had no idea what I was doing at all, so I consider this to be

Stuck between these 3 as a first time espresso maker
The one in the third picture is plenty fine. Be sure to run an empty basket as this will warm the machine up before the extraction and it will result in better results. Get yourself a good grinder until you can get a different machine. The one in the third picture is based off of the Delonghi Dedica

What’s the best coffee maker that’s actually worth buying in 2026? any suggestion pls?
Honestly, unless you're a professional barista, you don't need those super-fancy machines with 20 buttons. I went with a casabrew 5418 pro because I wanted something reliable but simple. It’s got a small footprint on the counter and the auto-stop feature on the pump is a lifesaver when I’m half-asle

Need help with deciding new machine [$500]
Casabrews 5418 Pro’s been solid for me as a first machine. Quick heat up and milk isn’t a nightmare to learn on. The only extras I’d call MUSTS are a burr grinder and a half-decent tamper. Everything else can wait until you figure out what drinks you actually make the most.
