I love raw espresso way better than milk based drink. And I do make great one at home with gcp and df64 gen2 duo. Good espresso is like a wine, rich, comlex, sophisticated, has a range, beginning, midtones, aftertaste. It is as satisfying as eating great chocolate. It is my go to treat and desert. T
