My casabrews 3700 essential has been unkind to me. Shots take 38s no matter what I do - different grind sizes, added a puck screen etc. The min yield I've been able to get is 43g on a 15g dose and it's bitter. Compare that to the Picopresso I use in my office which makes unbelievably great espresso

Sometimes a better machine is the answer!
You realllllllly think that all those machines that cost 1500+ are just as good as your little casabrews or delonghi? It's not about justifying the purchase, THOSE MACHINES ARE ACTUALLY BETTER!
