That's not true of today's non-video-focused full frame mirrorless bodies. Only the Z8/Z9/Sony A9III don't have a mechanical shutter. The Sony A1 and the Canon EOS R1 also scan fast enough to not have it but they still do. The Panasonic Lumix S9 and the Sigma BF both don't have a mechanical shutter

Any mirrorless from the big brands will work great. Focus peaking will just get you more keepers I guess.
