I would look at the Canon EOS RP, you are already using a mirrorless camera with the M50. Going back to a DSLR might feel like a bit of a downgrade in terms of focusing, with face/eye tracking etc. The 6Ds aren't light cameras ~760g, while the RP is ~490g. The RP is around £450 second hand in the UK

Great choice with the Canon EOS M50 add a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM for portraits and the Canon EF-M 11-22mm f/4-5.6 IS STM for landscapes. Skip UV filters, use a CPL, and focus on light and composition first.

Don't spend the whole budget on bestest latest lenses or camera body. Canon 5D III, 50 f1.8 USM, EF 24-105 f4 IS, 70-200 f4 IS, Godox v480 This set should cover most use cases and still within your budget. I recommend the DSLR because many photographer that I know of still use them professionally. D

Canon EOS M50 - Mirorless APS-C 24Mpx. Good bang for your buck basically, I found this camera used (like new condition) with only 10k shutter count for 300€ with kit lens (15-45mm f3.5-6.3 STM IS).

When I decided to get into photography, I went for entry level cameras and my choice was either Canon EOS M50 or Nikon D5600. Went with Canon, because Curry’s were out of Nikons 😄 Never looked back again

Lots saying Sony is best because there are more lenses. I like my canon EOS m50 mark ii, which came out in 2020 and you can pick up a body for like $500 or less. It takes really nice photos. everyone says is a “dead” line because no new lenses are coming out for it. But how many lenses do we really

For $800 you're looking at either a used Canon R10 or maybe a new EOS M50 Mark II if you can find one on sale. The R10 is pretty solid for both photos and video, plus it's part of the newer RF mount system so you'll have more lens options down the road. M50 Mark II is cheaper but the EF-M lens selec
