Recommendations on toaster ovens/air fryers?
My Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro had the fan die after 13 months. Breville support is ghosting me. Looking at reviews this is a very common failure. Far too expensive for a unit that stands a very high chance of failure before 2 years is up. Stay away.

I’ve used the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer for years, and it is a total tank. It’s definitely the priciest on your list, but the tech actually works, it cooks everything evenly without the cold spots you get in cheaper models.
