The WC increase clamp, decrease sound quality, and add to the perceived weight. You want the Dekoni pads, coupled with a CapraAudio comfort strap. This coupled with the improved Dekoni pads will help with the weight, clamp force, and the pads improve the tuning. The controls on the cups take care of

I've tried out so many headphones recently including XM6, QC ultra 2, M4, B&W S2e, and I was pretty happy with PX7 S3, but I was tempted to try PX8 S2. PX8 S2 is so well balanced and makes music feel so alive, turning it into 3D. Your description sounds pretty accurate. It was worth the upgrade for

I don't think it's just their testers, but their methodology. As someone that's well-versed in display calibration and did it professionally for some time, their display reviews and testing methodologies are competent, well-documented, and data-driven. This is the result of their original team being

Nah, definitely not age – I’m 55+ and have tinnitus. AAC + Spotify is like a double strike. Apple Music with Apple Lossless enabled will help with playback quality and listening wired, lighting to 3.5mm TRS, with provide you the best sound quality at the expense of being tethered. I own one too many

I think the PX7 S2e is currently the sweet spot in the B&W range. Picked mine up for £200 then other day. They are sublime. If your look carefully at reviews in conjunction with the frequency response of the different B&W headphones currently available, the PX7 S2e has the "best" FR of any of them i

I have had the earbuds from Sony XM3 and XM4, from Bose the QC ultra earbuds, and have the Sony headphones WH-1000XM3. I recently bought the B&W PX8 S2 (after comparing them to the PX7 S3 and PX8 in store) and couldn't be happier, best sound I have ever experienced so far. Reason for buying them was

Yeah, an iPhone. I do personally think I hear a difference. Although many citations state we cannot hear a difference between a codec like AAC and the newer ones, I feel like I can. I am moderately clued up musically so I think I know what I can hear and it’s mostly a small fidelity difference but i

Terrible question, unless you want to get sent down a rabbit hole, lol. A lot of people pick what sounds good to them, not what is considered accurate. If it wasn’t recorded with thick, wall shaking bass, then I don’t want to hear it even if it makes the recording sound 10x better. It’s like when pe

I purchased the Sonys, B&W PX7 S3 and Sonos Ace. I had them for couple weeks. To me PX7 S3 won big time (except in ANC, but I’m actually super happy on that front with my new AirPods Pro3). The sound is the best I’ve found at this segment
