My earpiece tore on the Px7 s2 headphones I bought from Costco. Normally I'd just return and buy new ones, however they no longer carry them. I purchased them April 2025 and didn't contact B and W until January 2026. One phone call, one email request for receipt, and one more for picture of defect.

This is why I only buy B&W from stores with good warranty policies. I cba to deal with them directly. I once spent weeks testing these three, and for me the PX7 S2’s sound felt richer and warmer, while the QC Gen 2 excelled in comfort and ANC. Sony was balanced, but I missed B&W support.
