PX8 bracket - material problems
in my experience, b&w is hit or miss. i do not have px8. i did have the orginal px, and the whole earpiece broke. most of my bad experience with b&w was the usability and hardware quality. the sound is amazing, but they really need to spend time making a full product. i had 4 of their headphones, 2

Bowers & Wilkins Pi8 – paint already peeling off + no response from support. Anyone else?
I reached out to B&W support about this, but so far I haven’t received any response (it’s been 2 weeks). Update: Bowers&Wilkins never responded A typical English company. A very small team of brilliant engineers comes up with something truly amazing, but then it is completely ruined by everything th

B&W Customer Service?
My earpiece tore on the Px7 s2 headphones I bought from Costco. Normally I'd just return and buy new ones, however they no longer carry them. I purchased them April 2025 and didn't contact B and W until January 2026. One phone call, one email request for receipt, and one more for picture of defect.

B&W Customer Service needs to do better
This is why I only buy B&W from stores with good warranty policies. I cba to deal with them directly. Both my PX7 S2 and PX8 had issues eventually, both times I got my money back instantly after about a year of use. The earcups especially should be an easy process, or just make them more widely avai

BW Px7 S2e left side stopped working
I had the exact same problem as described with 5 (!) consecutive B&W PX7 (S1, S2 and S2e). Happend after different time periodes (months to days). I can highly recommend to not buy any B&W headphones, since all their models have/had specific flaws (leaking glue in the PX5 and PX5 Wireless, PX snappi

Bose qc gen 2 vs wh1000mx6 vs B&W px7s3
I once spent weeks testing these three, and for me the PX7 S2’s sound felt richer and warmer, while the QC Gen 2 excelled in comfort and ANC. Sony was balanced, but I missed B&W support.
