botslab G980H. Has some nifty bits like warning when pedestrians are nearby or car moving forward (both are not really useful but sure look) Has a rear camera aswell and connects to the phone so does the job

So, did I waste 220 bucks for this Botslab. G980h 4 channel plus hardwire kit?
I wanted to make it easier to connect the hardwire cable via odb so I got one from vantrue which seems to be good but after talking to customer service from botslab, they confirmed it only work with their cable and surprisingly they offered me a free cable, not too shabby for a "no name " brand.
