Smart Soundbar 900

Went to buy two of these and found they won't work with my Soundbar 900. Not buying a new, slightly updated Soundbar for $1,100 on top of it so no sale for BOSE. As a guy who owns a lot of BOSE items, I'm really getting annoyed that nothing works together.

The bass module 700 and the surround speaker 700s were introduced 10 years ago and haven't been refreshed since. They've been repurposed and renamed a couple of times though. Just to ditto - same issue with 900 series and our Samsung TV and now out LG g5, all the troubleshooting done, no luck. Bose now saying as it's out of warranty, $200 for repairs. So disappointing for such a good sounding speaker. Won't be buying from Bose again.
