Honestly, I was kinda bummed to let them go due to the amazing sound and nose canceling. But ultimately, the price point and all the issues I was having just simply wasn't worth it. I'd rather have my $300 back and continue looking for a pair of noise canceling earbuds that suit me.

This is the second time an earbud falls once on the ground and the noise cancellation gets broken. The first gen was a lot more sturdy. For 300€ it's unacceptable.

Same here with my QuietComfort Ultra headphones. The myboseid.bose.com thing happens even when the headphones aren't connected, which is just wild. Any app that uses the internet can trigger it. On top of that, I have to reset the device every time I switch between devices. 350 euro headphones btw.

I was always blown away by my Samsung and Sony earbuds. I bought whatever was the newest of those 2. However, I had no means of comparison. Eventually I thought "let me try the Sonyxm4". Its just a pity that Bose don't do updates via their app like apple and sony do,if you want any of the new or updated listening modes,(as with the new 2nd gen Quiet Comfort Ultra's cinema mode),you have to shell out another £450 for the priviledge!! One big money scamming con!
