Have been lots of issues with the Bose quiet comfort ultra headphones too I’ve been noticing. It’s generally a good product but with the glitches and things not working as they should etc, start to wonder why I’m paying so much. Particularly with connectivity issues.

Honestly, I was kinda bummed to let them go due to the amazing sound and nose canceling. But ultimately, the price point and all the issues I was having just simply wasn't worth it. I'd rather have my $300 back and continue looking for a pair of noise canceling earbuds that suit me.

This is the second time an earbud falls once on the ground and the noise cancellation gets broken. The first gen was a lot more sturdy. For 300€ it's unacceptable.
