BOSE QuietComfort Ultra (2. Gen.) Headphones ruined after February Update

Unfortunately I only can exchange them for another pair in my country. I bought them directly from Bose and there isn’t an option to return them. I’ll probably wait a little if there will be a fix of the update, but if not I’ll either try to ask Bose for a refund or will sell them. Edit: what’s even

Should I or should I not?

If it means anything, I have the Bowers and Wilkins PX8 S2, and the Bose quietcomfort ultra 2, and the latter are better in both the sound and ANC department. The Bowers have better build quality. If I were to be taking a flight, the Bose would be coming with me

QC vs QC Ultra (Gen 1) – worth +60€?

I was really torn between these two models as well. From what I’ve read, the 1st Gen Ultras can be quite problematic. People mentioned that because the volume buttons aren’t physical, there are times when they just don’t register a touch. Also, I heard that the Spatial Audio doesn't work quite like

Favorite headphones?

Bose QC Ultra Gen 2 for when I’m going out, amazing noise canceling that doesn’t make me feel dizzy and super comfortable, Sennheiser Momentum 4 for staying at home or on super low noise environments, noise canceling isn’t as good but they’re comfortable to wear and have good sound quality. :) Both

My Earcups on Bose QC Ultra broke after 3 months

The material splitting is a known defect. Bose support will replace them if you politely bug them about it But the replacement will do the same thing after a few months. Get a good after-maket pair of earcups. I went through at least 7-8 official Bose earcups on mine before I gave up. I've got the Q

Quiet Comfort build quality

Honestly I would have disagreed with you, but my now coming up on 1 year old qc ultra overears are feeling pretty cheap right now, the swivel hinge on the earcups creaks so loudly, my earcups themselves both spontaneously ripped just as the 1 year mark hits. Luckily I called Bose just in time before

Which one is better? The Bose qc ultra or sony wh-1000xm5

There are sometimes some clicking or scratching sounds that I can hear, but it's only noticable in silent moments. However you should get the Sony's because the QCU are unreliable and Bose doesn't support their products. They wont do anything about my QCU that lost audio in one ear EVEN THOUGH I BOU

[TechRadar] 'I am extremely angry!' — Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen) reportedly lost key features after a firmware update, and users aren't OK

Hey, I recently got the QC Ultra (2nd Gen) and really like them, but I saw the Arnika study mentioning some concerning results for Bose QuietComfort. Do you think this is something to worry about long term?

Sonos Ace vs Sony XM5 vs Bose QCU

I just bought the Bose QCU and the Sonos Ace, and I like the sound profile of the Sonos' better. More isolation and punchier bass. The QCUs are lighter, but I love the solid feel of the Sonos'. The case for the QCUs is a little better (nicer material, more compact), but the eco-friendly case for the
