We have a bunch of Bose stuff and I agree that the earbuds are the only ones that give us problems. I’m on my second pair of Ultras and gifted my QCiis to our 14 year old. We both have intermittent issues with the buds while our headphones, soundbars and home speakers all work great.

So recently my quiet comfort earbuds stopped working making a squealing noise after just 3 months of owing them. so I sent them to get fixed and after 3 weeks.I finally got them back but they sent the quiet comfort ultra instead which is weird considering they’re more expensive.
