I bought some Quiet Comfort earbuds from Bose and sadly my case was ran over by a military vehicle while on deployment a month later after I bought them. So recently my quiet comfort earbuds stopped working making a squealing noise after just 3 months of owing them. so I sent them to get fixed and after 3 weeks.I finally got them back but they sent the quiet comfort ultra instead which is weird considering they’re more expensive. If they have the same noise cancellation and longer battery life… and more options in their app… how are the ultras ultra? And why do they cost £120 more?

Just chiming in, the Bose QC earbuds do not. My old Jabras did and I miss it. The Sonys do. For that reason and several others, I can't wait to switch to the Sonys. The Bose are honestly a C+ product at best.

I use bose quiet comfort earbuds which actually has "immersion mode". Those are pricey though, and I find the noise cancelling still isn't enough to block out people talking near me or a squeaky machine at the gym.
