Hi, I've had the Bose QC ii earbuds for a few months. One day I noticed the right earbud was quieter than the left. As in 25% volume. I noticed that there was some earwax, so I cleaned both but the problem persisted.

The Bose QCII earbuds actually have deeper base than the headphones IMHO. I now own both and admit being slightly disappointed that the over-ear counterpart I purchased yesterday wasn’t quite as deep and boomy as my earbuds. Maybe it’s just me, I dunno.🤷‍♂️

I understand that 100% silent is probably impossible, but it almost sounds like they're intentionally feeding the surrounding noise into my ears through the speakers or something, just at a lower volu

basically title. i hate the earbuds telling me the battery, connected/disconnected, and i'd rather it play a sound or not at all. i installed the normal bose app just to try, but while connecting my earbuds, it just redirects me to the qce app. i looked through settings to try and find a way to turn
