Hi, I've had the Bose QC ii earbuds for a few months. One day I noticed the right earbud was quieter than the left. As in 25% volume. I noticed that there was some earwax, so I cleaned both but the problem persisted.

I used the 1st gen QuietComfort Earbuds for a couple of years and loved them. The 2nd gen is such big downgrade in quality. Keep having trouble connecting, only one side connecting, endlessly trying to reset and failing. Already on a replacement pair too.

So bose on instagram responded to a question about being able to individually use them and its the same situation as the soundsport free, you can only the right earbud for single use.

At this point I wonder if its even going to be worth keeping them when I receive them. This is one of biggest turn
