Not happy with new update :/

Glad to see I’m not the only one who doesn’t like this new update, which I don’t think I’ve received yet. I have the QC Ultra Earbuds 2, and I’ll try to avoid updating them until Bose either changes their mind about this or gives us the option in the app to switch between the current voice and the n

Bose QC Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen) vs Sony WH-1000XM6 vs Dell WL7024 vs Bose QC Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) | Microphone Call Quality Comparison!

Not a fan of selling a product based on features to be delivered at a later time. Why aren’t the features available at launch? All features listed as selling points should be available at launch. Otherwise, the consumer is buying an unfinished, un-tested product. Bose sold the QCii earbuds with a pr

Quiet Comfort Earbud Conundrum

I’ve been trying to find the right noise canceling earbuds for some time now. I just picked up a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds at Costco (they have a great return policy yay). after 1 wear I already know I have to return them. But why? They have fantastic sound quality (like soo good for earbud

So are these new quiet comfort earbuds supposed to be better than the ultra earbuds?

If they have the same noise cancellation and longer battery life… and more options in their app… how are the ultras ultra? And why do they cost £120 more?

I’m kinda pissed at Bose honestly. I don’t understand unless they’re just trying to confuse people deliberately

Quietcomfort Earbuds II - right earbud quieter than left

Hi, I've had the Bose QC ii earbuds for a few months. One day I noticed the right earbud was quieter than the left. As in 25% volume. I noticed that there was some earwax, so I cleaned both but the problem persisted.

  • I tried the soft reset - opening case with no bt in range

  • I tried the hard res

Do Bose QCE not have an option to disable the autopause/in ear detection feature?

Just got a pair of Bose quiet comfort earbuds and for the most part i'm enjoying them, but one thing i find very annoying is the headphones pausing my music when i take an earbud out. Preferably id like to just disable the in-ear detection entirely but i cant seem to find an option for it or for the

Why are there multiple different apps for Bose headphones....

I'm pretty sure this topic has been discussed several times but I still want to rant a little bit about his, sorry for that.

Current I'm using three different Bose headphones and earbuds besides other products from other brands. Different use cases, different moods, different headphones, no need fo

Bose App Confusion: Bose Music vs Bose Connect

I have the QC 35s and the Soundsport Frees, which both use Bose Connect. However, now it says the new QuietComfort Earbuds releasing soon will be using the Bose Music app.

What the heck, Bose? Now I'm going to have 2 different apps to control different products from you? Why can't you integrate eve

QuietComfort Earbuds II has so many connection problems....

I used the 1st gen QuietComfort Earbuds for a couple of years and loved them. The 2nd gen is such big downgrade in quality. Keep having trouble connecting, only one side connecting, endlessly trying to reset and failing. Already on a replacement pair too.

Quietcomfort earbuds audio single bud use for left

So bose on instagram responded to a question about being able to individually use them and its the same situation as the soundsport free, you can only the right earbud for single use.

At this point I wonder if its even going to be worth keeping them when I receive them. This is one of biggest turn
