I wrapped my Momentum 4 headband in real leather
I love my M4s. They're an upgrade from my Bose QC35 IIs in pretty much everything but controls (buttons > touch). The only thing I actively disliked since day 1 was the headband. I think the fabric has a cheap feel to it, and the silicone always looks filthy no matter how much you clean it. I also f

Does anyone actually use Bluetooth adapters on planes?
The correct answer is NO. I tried Bose QC 35 ii and it just turns off when you plugin a cable in AUX. The over the ear does provide a lot of noice cancelling it's just not active.

Bose QuietComfort Ultra 2 firmware update removes key features, and customers aren't happy
I never updated the firmware of my QC 35 II and they still work great! I think there was also an update back then that made the sound and ANC crappy... Planned obsolescence. Shame on Bose.

Bose (the sound equipment company) once developed a car suspension system that was technically impressive, but too heavy and expensive to be commercially viable.
I have a set of Bose QC35/II wireless headphones and they are by far the worst sounding set that I own. The noise cancellation absolutely makes up for them when making phone calls in the office or catching a flight.

B&W Px8 for office use – How’s the ANC?
ANC is good enough. I haven't tried the XM6's ANC, I have tried a demo model of the QC Ultras. The QC is definitely better but the PX8s are still good. They're certainly better than my Bose QC 35 IIs. Comfort with the PX8 again is "good" but not quite as great as the QC Ultra. My ear just barely tou

Bluetooth devices connect, fail, and disconnect immediately.
Headphones I'm using are bose qc 35ii. I tried the guidelines for resetting them but they don't work. A guide and a thread suggest that it's a hardware thing which I may or may not be willing to do. If this is the route to solve it, it might be bad news for me. Edit: Managed to reset the headset by

Should I buy the qc 35 ii in 2023?
I bought the Bose QuietComfort 35 II for around €280 expecting a premium product. Instead, after about 5 years they developed a ridiculous fault: the volume started decreasing by itself until minimum, followed by constant rapid beeping that makes the headphones unusable. After researching, it turns

Owned QC 35 ii for 7 years, bought the "Quiet Comfort" today and the experience is TERRIBLE
I have the same feeling, I own QC 35 ii for 8 years now....and exactly the same the battery started to die on me and it is a bit annoying that it does not have USB- C charger. Went to the BOSE shop and tried the new models, including the The Quiet Comfort Ultra - also outside of my price range. Howe
