The Boox Palma 2 is incredibly fragile and should be avoided
Unfortunately even putting the Palma in your pocket (I’m assuming it was your pants pocket) can cause pressure to be applied to the screen or bend the device enough to crack the screen. I’ve owned 2 Palmas (Gen 1 & then recently upgraded to Palma 2 Pro) and have always carried it everywhere with me
