IMHO, all Kaleido 3 color displays are flawed - dark and unusable without front light, muted colors, long pen tip to ink distance - compared to Gallery 3. I’ve tried the Boox Note Air 4C and was disappointed that I had to keep the front light on at all times, and the writing feel was not much better

You are not alone! On day 3 owning new Air 4C I put the reader into bag, hang the bag on the chair not realizing the bag strap is longer than the chair. So bag ends up hanging but also partially on the floor. I move the chair so one of the legs goes over the bag. Not noticing that I sit on the chair

If your use case is reading, then the Go 7 is a solid option. If, instead, it is note taking, then forget about it : the writing experience with the Inksense stylus is simply horrible when compared with what you have with an EMR stylus.Under any circumstances, keep in mind that the Boox OS is very fa

The oversight in this release is unbelievable. Removing the option to disable page turning by swipe, combined with the worst palm touch rejection in the industry makes the Note Air 4C an extremely frustrating device to use. I constantly swipe pages (unintentionally) when writing. This is so annoying

The Tab X C is terrible for writing. Air4C writes better than the X C, but worse than the 10.3 or the Max. And they are both color screens, which is just plain downgrade for reading, even in full sunlight. The Note Max has terrible ghosting. And a lot of this If you want the best reader and writer (

I found the Nomad to be a harder writing surface especially since Supernote suggests using their Ceramic tipped pens. If you swapped to a different tipped pen it might be better. I went with Boox (Note AIr4C) which had a scratchier feel.

The Boox Note Air 4c and the Tab XC are great options if you need color. But color eink is not as nice as b&w: it's 150ppi vs 300ppi, it makes the screen much darker, and it increases the distance between the pen and the ink, making the writing experience worse than b&w. Since you said you teach law

I use it primarily as a digital Bullet Journal (stylus only) for work and .PDF file exports for documentation reference and to fill out forms (stylus); so no keyboard for my use case. Any app from the Google Play store installs with no issue. Unfortunately any enterprise accounts for my work don’t w

I sold my Boox Note Air 4C when I found it's Android-style complexity got in the way of using it as a note/drawing pad. I replaced it with a Supernote Nomad, and couldn't be happier. The writing/drawing feel is way betting, and the UI is so much more focused and manageable. It is much more limited.

can you say more? I have a note air 4c - i've been looking for some tips on a onenote integration. So far the app on the Boox device sort of sucks for writing, but it's possible I just didn't set it up right
