Bigme and Boox are the big ones that are eink android devices. There's a comparison chart to compare models you can check out. Just plug in the devices. Compare Boox go color 7 gen 2 if you want color or Boox go 7 if you want monochrome are my votes. I have a Boox Go Color Gen 2, and it's amazing! I

Suggestions for non-kindle ereaders? Amazon is scummy and my experience with their support makes me want to never buy another kindle.

Boox go 7. I have the color version, but the black/white (non- color) should be what you want. I have had the Paperwhite, and Oasis. Kindle Keyboard 3g too. Now I have a Boox device. It's a Boox Go Color 7 Gen 2, and it's amazing! It's like a Kindle Oasis, Colorsoft, Scribe, and Paperwhite had an ei

How many e-readers do you own?

I have several. Long story short I have a few for different reasons. I got a kindle keyboard back in the day in 2012 then my husband had me give it to his mom, because he thought I wouldn't read after having a baby which was wrong. Still upset about it. I got a Kindle Paperwhite 10th edition, and th

Help me decide!

Boox go color 7 gen 2 if you want color or Boox go 7 if you want monochrome. I have a Boox Go Color Gen 2, and it's amazing! It's like a Kindle Oasis, Colorsoft, Scribe, and Paperwhite had an eink tablet that can use apps. I have the Kindle, Audible, Libby, Bookfunnel, and other apps on it. I'm kind

From paperbooks to Pocketbook Verse

There is something to say for both of them. Not one is a clear winner over the other, wich is why I hesitated too long to sent the Kobo back. The one I use the most is the Boox. But if the Boox go color 7 gen 2 and the Kobo libra colour could make a baby, I think you would have the best e-reader in

Onyx Boox Go 7 + Stylus — worth it for notes?

I have it and love it. I have several other note taking devices like the Samsung S24 Ultra, Ipad pro with pencil, Boox Tab Mini C, and then of course the Boox Go Color 7 Gen 2. All are different in how they function and write. My Boox Go Color 7 Gen 2 I use for whatever, and really enjoy using it. I

Which e-reader should I buy in 2025?

If I was going to buy one for the first time now I'd get a Boox Go 7. I love that you can get a stylus, has buttons, wet proof, sd card slot, auto rotate, dark mode, speakers, and has apps like a tablet so you can have reading apps, libby, etc... i don't like being stuck in Amazon eco system, and I

Potential buyer, but want some advice

It's not like pen and paper. It's not as smooth and glassy as an iPad, but it's not pen and paper. The lower you set your expectations, the more likely you'll be happy with your purchase. 😆 Go to this comparison table, filter by brand Onyx Boox, stylus input. See what size you like, compare prices,

Boox Go Color 7 Gen II vs Bigme B7 Pro

i went through this exact debate a few months back. the boox go color 7 gen ii handles the libby background audio thing really smoothly - i've had it playing while reading and it didn't lag at all. the native neoreader app is solid for handwriting too. bigme's xreader is honestly kind of clunky for

Decision fatigue

I have a Boox Go Colo 7 Gen II and I love it. It's not easy to set up but once you do, it's great. You jave to play a little bit with the settings for optimal color reading, and the text on ebooks is little bit grainier, but it's still so worth it. In my opinion, it looks more like paper than a Kind
