I use a Boox Go 7, but any of the android e-readers could probably work just as well! On mine I use a light weight browser (eink-bro or fennec) for web hosted translations. You can enable Reader Mode at the top of the search bar to trim down the website page so it's just text and no extra webpage el

Pretty good if you read on multiple platforms/apps. I have Boox Go 7 (bw) and I use it for libby, everand, and other reading apps. It's really good for manga, too, once I figured out how to maximize the display. Obviously, a dedicated ereader (like the Kobo Clara 2E I have) is more consistent in qua

I found myself running into the same problem (with the exact same series too, I was dying to read Dungeon Crawler Carl lol) and I ended up keeping the Kobo but bought a Boox Go 7 secondhand from FB marketplace so I could download KU books and also open up my Libby access, as I have multiple cards I

Are you OK with just downloading and transferring files to it, or do you want to read online as well? Do you care about having a large well-organised library? I have a Boox Go 7, which runs Android (still eink though) and allows downloading apps. Browsing AO3 on a browser works very well (and page t

Those are two radically different devices! If you want to read comics, I'd go with the Boox Go 7. Although I will say that color e-ink can struggle with modern comics as it does best with high contrast colors (which ironically is great for older comics).

Onyx Boox is a solid brand that’s been making Android eInk devices for years. They’re well built and offer a lot of flexibility (especially important for anyone who wants to use their local library or subscription service like Storytel etc, which requires using their own app and doesn’t allow downlo

I’ve had the kindle basic for the past 6 years and have been happy with it but wanted to upgrade and get out of the Amazon ecosystem. I was originally planning to go with the Kobo Libra Color (would prefer black and white but I wanted buttons), but after some more research I found that the Kobo ecos

The Xteink sounds very small for comics, and can only take DRM free files. With that said, I would suggest the Boox Go 7.

There are two that come to mind the boox go 7 b&w and the bigme b751 b&w, in color there more options boox go 7 color, b751c, b751cs. B7, b7 pro, musnap ocean c. Boox go 7 is the best if pdf files and notes are something you use frequently. If your main focus is epubs any other others are fine.

I have a Boox Go Colo 7 Gen II and I love it. It's not easy to set up but once you do, it's great. You jave to play a little bit with the settings for optimal color reading, and the text on ebooks is little bit grainier, but it's still so worth it. In my opinion, it looks more like paper than a Kind
