Any way to fix these awful top bottom white space on Read articles?

Agree entirely. It is shocking, actually how little energy they seemingly put into their native reader. This is the top bottom margin using Koreader on it. With what it gives on the Read extension I might as well just use my 6" Boox Go and it's the exact same page. Irrelevant sidenote, the width of

First ereader

I heartily dislike the Amazon UI. I can't manipulate metadata as I wish. Between Calibre and Google Drive or DropBox integration (depending on the model), I'd recommend Kobo. Best boox for manga

Don't get the boox go 6. It's old and slow. If you want a 6 inch get the bigme b6 its a lot better. The 7 inch boox go 7 is a lot better for reading comics and much faster than the go 6. If you don't need color don't get one as your primary reader, they are great as a second ereader, I have one and

Small e-reader, which one?

The boox palma to me is overpriced for what it is. I would look at the bigme b6 if its avaliable. The size is a little wider and shorter but still six inch, to me its a more natural format, the palma screen is too narrow to me. There also a boox go 6 but its kinda slow, but if you are using it for r

grayscale or color for photophobia?

You should check out plastic recessed screens instead of glass flush ones. Less reflections, and higher contrast -> deeper blacks, both of them meaning you don't need to raise the light too much. It also means indoors during the day you don't need much light to see it without lighting i have some li
