Outdoor 2K+

I bought 11 Blink Outdoor 2K+ cameras. I just bought 2 Sync Module 2 from Best Buy and 2 USB thumb drives from Walmart. Hook up was a pain in the butt. Neither unit would update the firmware and told me to contact support. Support had to do a manual update. Then the cameras connected.

Blink Outdoor 2K+ looks promising but seems like it's more focused as a subscription based to get the max use. Sync XR does not support this. Although it says it's compatible with all the Sync modules (except Sync XR) don't really know if one can get the benefits as advertised if you don't subscribe

If that beam has solid Wi Fi, I would use the Blink Outdoor 2K+ 1 Camera System. It is small enough for a beam, battery powered, and phone viewable. If there is no Wi Fi there, look at LTE cameras instead.

That was misunderstanding on my part as I thought 2k was twice the resolution as 1080 - that makes me feel even worse about the product TBH. Overall I had been happy with the cams and their improved resolution and viewing angles. The battery life is just a major hurdle as I'll be spending over $25/y
