Bigme B6 Color or Boox Go 7 Color?

The Bigme B6 is 2gb RAM while the Boox Go 7 Color (both generations) are 4gb RAM, so I'm not sure whether the cut in RAM is worth it if it's running a newer Android OS Edit: so apparently they have a 2gb ram version and a 4gb ram version
