Kobo or Boox: Which did you choose? FAQ feedback appreciated.
If you want to run any app what is out there, get an Android e-reader. Makes it can be a Kindle, Pocketbook, Kobo, Libby (using all accounts), it can be whatever you want including Koreader + no need to make file conversions. And it handles PDF files like a dream. Also comics and manga will be way s

Any color e-readers with micro SD support?
Bigme B6 Color is one of them, and that's a lot cheaper plus running Android 14 (if you prefer Android at least)

Thoughts about Bigme B6
I was checking: Bigme B6 Color Kobo Clara Colour Pocketbook Verse Pro Color Boox Go 7 Gen II (too expensive for me here at $ 375.00) I went for the black B6 Color because it can run any app out there for an e-reader, has Google Play store, it is fast and has a MicroSD slot up to 1TB. And ... it read

My Kindle was stolen yesterday, this is an opportunity; recommend me a POCKETABLE E-Reader.
Using a Bigme B6 Color, it's 6", and I like it. Advantage is that it can be any e-reader including a Kindle, Pocketbook, Koreader, etc. plus it runs Libby with unlimited cards.

Worth Switching for Everand?
So the Kobo Clara is 6", in the Bigme catalog the closest unit in size would be the B6 (available in Color and BW), there's also the Read (in BW) but that device uses Android 8.1 and I wouldn't recommend it although is better than the basic units of all the mayor brands (Amazon, Kobo and B&N) You ge

Looking for a pocket-sized ereader with android/google store access
Bigme B6 (Color or BW) basically the most powerful android eink tablet in that form factor... Although the software maybe a bit underbaked but the Playstore, SD card support and the sub $200 (US) price make it a must have.

First E-Reader Buying Guide Needed:(
I've got a BigMe B6 color ereader. It's basically an Android device with BigMe's front end. It's not terribly restricted as you can customize it and access Google's Play store, so you're not limited to the OEM reader or environment. It'll take a 1TB microSD. If the Google Play store isn't what you w
