MMX 300 Pro vs. MMX 330 Pro
The Rode NTH-100M is known for it's durability issues in the construction of the headset itself. The hinges have a tendency to break. You can look it up on YT. There are also tutorials on how to fix it. It's up to you if you are ready to take that risk. Other than that I can't say much about it. The

Beyerdynamic MMX 300 Pro or something similar. If you're using your headset 8h a day to talk in meetings, please please just get a headset with a proper mic. Everything else is shit, no matter how well Apple's AI is marketed. It can't bend the laws of physics, trust me.

dt770 pro x vs mmx300 pro
The mmx 300 is "tuned for gaming" according to beyerdynamic which means there's slightly more bass. But they do sound almost identical and are based on the exact same hardware. This means you can easily adjust the sound with an eq. Keep in mind that the mic in the mmx 300 is not detachable so if you

Looking for some decent quality gaming cans
I really like the Beyerdynamic MMX 300 Pro. It sounds great to me and has a really solid microphone on it. If you want something cheaper it’s a little harder to find now but maybe on EBay you can find it is the Epos H6 Pro Closed back version. It is very similar to the Drop PC 38X but is a closed ba

No budget limit. Best headphones for gaming and music.
Interesting! I had my eyes on the HD490 Pros for a while now, but never listened to them. The Raider Caches are a perfect example. Yes, the positional audio could be better in the Clears, as it is exactly like you describe it. I also have a Beyerdynamic mmx 300 pro headset and they absolutely surpas

Headphone shopping, need recommendations
A couple of things: If you require wireless and a built-in mic, you're basically limited to gaming headsets. Bluetooth is not a good choice for gaming because of its noticeable latency and the fact that most Bluetooth audio solutions require the playback audio to be low quality mono when the microph

Which headset should I get?
Yeahhh I have the pro x 2, and while the convenience of it is nice, if I had to spend the same $280 again, I would go with Beyerdynamic MMX 300 pro just for the mic quality alone.

Audeze Maxwell. It’s been a year. My feedback
Stumbled upon this. Look into Beyerdynamic MMX 300 PRO (closed back) and the 330 PRO (open back). Specifically look at GadgetryTech’s reviews of those. There is also a reddit thread comparing the Maxwell to the 300 I believe. The mic on them is also insane, possibly better than the A50x. The reason

Mmx 300 pro
They're very easy to drive, so you can even use your mobo's headphone output and whatever has a mic port. With the adapter, you can also use something with single socket trrs input like Jcally JM12 pro, though the mic probably works best with a separate input. You also probably don't want to use sep
