Beyerdynamic DT 770 vs HyperX Cloud III
I use the Beyerdynamic MMX 300 Pro and the sound is perfect. The only cons are 1) you need a good sound card and 2) they are only starting to develop wireless options. Aside from these two I would always recommend Beyerdynamics based on my experiences.

What wired headset should I get if I use an Xbox series x?
The best wired headsets under $400 would be the Beyerdynamic MMX 300 Pro and MMX 330 Pro. The 300 is closed-back and the 330 is open-back

Bluetooth is not a good choice for gaming because of its noticeable latency and the fact that most Bluetooth audio solutions require the playback audio to be low quality mono when the microph

Mmx 300 pro
They're very easy to drive, so you can even use your mobo's headphone output and whatever has a mic port. With the adapter, you can also use something with single socket trrs input like Jcally JM12 pro, though the mic probably works best with a separate input. You also probably don't want to use sep
