beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO X. Best Headphones I’ve ever heard. You’ll need a DAC and headphone amplifier to get best results. But bass, middle and especially the heights are so beautiful. They are open back and the soundstage is phenomenal. If you’re more the closed back type go with the 770 Pro X.

beyerdynamic, dt 990 pro x these are actually open back, and with a usb c to hp jack they've been exquisite. straight into an analog record player, perfect. not reading too closely into your preferences but if you're anything like me and aren't audio engineering + doing any hardcore tweaking of file

I'm about to buy the beyerdynamic DT 990 pro x 48 ohm model for Xbox series x I currently own a turtle beach stealth 700 gen 3 will the beyerdynamic pro x provide better sound than my current headset without an amplifier and will it match more premium options like the steel series arctis nova pro.

Hey man I was you like 2 months ago. Bought the DT 990 pro X to use while playing arc raiders. Plugged them straight into the motherboard on the back and holy shit it’s night and day playing that game. Biggest competitive advantage I’ve gotten from any upgrade. I had originally attempted to run a wired setup, I really wanted some audiophile type headsets to game/music/movies so I went with a DT 990 Pro 250ohm, DAC/AMP, and an AM8 Mic but for some reason my mic would constantly mute/unmute itself without anything being pressed and I'm just not a fan of wire
