I mostly use Beyerdynamic DT 700 PRO X. I opted for them because they have a fairly neutral sound signature which is good for monitoring. My recommendation is going for German quality, can be beyerdynamic or sennheiser, both of them sell original parts for their studio lines like hd 600 series or upper on sennheiser and DT and similar series on beyerdynamic. To me the highest quality wired headphones are dt1990/dt1770 followed by hd60

I always like to recommend Beyerdynamic, super sturdy and sound fantastic. There are models with open and closed back, depending on which you prefer. I have the DT 700 Pro X, which were under 300€ but I've been really happy with them.

Beyerdynamic DT 900 Pro X are great open back headphones. Or the DT 700 Pro X if you want closed back. Low impedance and a reasonable price. I have HD25 and the DT900 and if I was mixing in headphones the DT900 are better.
