I use my Beribes every single day, I’m on my second pair and the old ones lasted for a long time. They’re not the best for complete noise canceling but they’re awesome with defusing and dampening sound. They’re Bluetooth and do a pretty good job of keeping sound in as well. Overall I recommend 👍

Something that helps me is wearing headphones everywhere I go, my brand of choice is Beribes if you want a recommendation, and always keeping a comfort item and or fidget item with you at all times. Taking stim breaks is also very necessary and helpful for some people, so that’s an option. Hope this

I've used centralsound.co for most of my replacement parts. You'll need to figure out which model those are clones of, as I would be shocked if "Beribes" is an actual headphone brand. As others have mentioned; expect replacement parts to be similar in price to a whole replacement unit for cheap head
