I thought I loved OLED screens, but turns out what I really love is glossy screens

I went with Benq ma270up. The P is important, it's the glossy version. There's also a 32 4k equivalent (ma320up) and a 27" 5k that was way over my budget (ma270s).

Choosing a monitor for my new Mac mini 4

I went with another 32" 4k BenQ ma320u. Love it. Looks great. Got it for $599 and run it scales at 2560x1440. They now have a glossy panel option, the model ends in the letter P. I just don't like glossy screens, so I choose matte. This video is a review of that glossy model and this reviewer should

BenQ's new Glossy 5K (MA270S) real life measurements: 490 nits, excellent brightness uniformity

I got the other new nano-gloss option in 32“ (4k) from BenQ (MA320UP) for my MacBook and I’m absolutely loving it, I bet the 27“ 5k option is even nicer 👍

Best Monitor to Buy Right Now? (Price, Size, Resolution)

I’m using benq ma320up, 32inch 4k ips glossy glass, 98% dci p3, 550 nits brightness. Color is calibrated to match macbook color. All things are trading off, it isn’t ultrawide, 60hz only, but for working purpose, at least for me, color is very accurate, text is sharp, auto temperature like truetone,

Moving from iMac to Mac Mini and wondering if I'll like a matte screen...

For normal day to day tasks, photo editing and the like 60Hz is fine. Sure, some people like the smoother experience when they zip windows around and such, but it's not a showstopper by any means. For gaming, I run a high refresh rate display and it makes a bit difference. For my productivity work e

Software engineer monitor 32" 4K decision

I’m in the same situation as you and I still have some doubts, but I think I’m pretty much decided on buying the BenQ MA320UP when it goes on sale in the EU. The only downside is that it’s 60 Hz, but having a glossy screen makes it feel worth it. If you find the perfect monitor, please let me know!

Can’t decide between Philips and BenQ

Try ma270up or ma320up by benQ, they are glossy, same as mac display.

Monitor for Studio (Why So Hard?)

Look at BenQ it's a good brand that has Apple ready monitors with models directed at graphic designers and video editors. Depending on your budget you can find premium or entry level monitors with excellent color coverage. Some models I could direct you to are MA320U/MA320P (the up model is glossy),

BenQ MA320UP + iMac dual display setup (I’m in love)

It’s hard to say since I’ve never used the MA320U, but I do think glossy makes everything a bit better visually :) I’m curious if you were using BENQ’s display pilot hidpi feature? That made all the difference for me (and seemed to be better than some of the 3rd party solutions I tinkered with - ie
