Any recommendations for sleep earbuds for audiobooks?
Beats Flex, they have a cord that goes around your neck, when you switch sides, take one out and put the other in, so you never have to lie on an earbud.

Ear buds in salon when you don’t work alone?
We have 2-4 people in the salon and half of us wear earbuds. I normally have a podcast, YouTube video, or music on. I use beats flex so I can just pop it out of my ear and hang it on my shoulder when I go talk to clients. I would go crazy without my earbuds. It helps me keep my pace and patience.

I go to the store at 6 AM, 7 AM, and 9 AM what about you?
I do the earbuds too, mine are Beats Flex, not very expensive but it fits my ears. The music helps to quiet the panic and I have specific playlists for shopping. This month is was the Rolling Stones ! Oldies are best.

is there anything you've bought that seems to actually help with the nightmares?
Seconding the earbuds. For anyone considering it, Beats Flex are great, as they last 8+ hours, and, since they're connected, if one falls out, you can find it easily and cram it back in. In my case, I have a few comfort shows I know well that help me fall asleep and stay asleep, and fall back asleep

Earbuds for tiny ears?? HELP
Beats Flex wireless earbuds. I use the smallest silicone tips that they come with. I’m not sure if I necessarily like the wire going around my neck, but they’re the only ones I’ve found that stay in my ears and aren’t literally painful to wear.

Current state of sleep headbands? Do they all actually suck?
I switch between the Manta sleep mask and Beats Flex. Seems like you might benefit from the Beats more if you're looking for something better for outside noise. The Manta mask is REALLY comfortable for all sleeping positions--I often go through back, side, and stomach--but aren't as good at blocking

Best running earbuds for women? Need something comfortable that actually stays in
My ears are tiny and most earbuds do not fit. I have the beats flex and I love them. I've went through 2 pairs in the last 10+ years and they are pretty cheap relative to other options. I wear them daily for running and lifting and the only time i've had issues with them staying in my ears are if it

How can I sleep uninterrupted throughout the night? falling asleep isn’t my issue
I can only get to sleep, and get back to sleep, if I have a tv show running that I know well. Others listen to audiobooks, etc. You'll have to figure out what content works for you, but the tip I wanted to share is: The real lifesaver was Beats Flex earbuds + Comply foam tips. The Flex have SMALL bu

What earbuds do you use while running?
Shorter, cooler runs, the Beats Fit Pro. If I'm sweating a lot, they will come out. My ears are large and the earwings are one-size-fits-all and it actually doesn't. If I want something that stays in, I use the Jaybirds X3 or the Beats Flex with the X3 earwings. The earwings in that model come in di
