The beats fit pro worked well for my ears. If you can find cheaper ones with the same shape they might help. I had the same problem.

I have Beats Fit Pro earbuds. The flange keeps them locked in the ear. Great sound. Super comfortable. Great battery life. Transparency mode lets me hear my surroundings well enough to be safe. And noise cancelling mode for when I’m not on my bike. Highly recommend as an all around earbud.

Love love my Beats fit pro. I’ve used them daily for 3+ years for running, going to the gym, on the airplane, at work, etc.

for running, the beats fit pro are a safe pick if comfort and staying put matter most. the wing tips keep them locked in even on longer runs, and they do not dig into the ear like a lot of cheaper buds do. noise canceling is solid, but transparency mode is great if you still want some awareness outd

Earbuds are not BIFL But in any case have you tried the beats fit pro? It has a little arm too and lots of people find it helpful for staying in the ears at the gym. I recently did a project analyzing reddit data on wireless earbuds - you can see a breakdown of what people have said about the beats
