Earbuds fit most ears, not all. I’ve tried many different types and they all fall out for me too. I would recommend clip or hook buds that do not go into the ear canal. Baseus XC1, Shokz Open Run or Open Run Pro (with sorta ANC), Soundcore AeroFit 2, etc.
