B&W direct only seem to offer returns. I'm willing to agree, it seems strange to be impacted by 3 headsets. What is the single worst purchase you’ve ever made?
Zeppelin Air from bower&wilkins. They knew it should have had an extra resistor but did not honour warranty. I discourage anyone interested in their products.
