Kitchen Gadget

i’ve got a Bamix immersion blender that I actually gave to my mother as a present in 1984 and inherited after her passing. It still works and it’s absolutely fantastic.

Where can i buy this set but in 220-240V?

Agreed; I thought about the Vitamix immersion blender but the high-end Bamix I have is the same when it cones to performance. And as said: the Braun Multiquick is a very good device.

Which kitchen tool/ kitchen gadget would you immediately replace if it broke tomorrow?

Immersion blender. We have a Bamix. It works great. I have had 2 or three - moved to different electrical systems.

Mashed potatoes

Discard your oxo masher Obtain a Bamix immersion blender (yes, it’s worth it; no, I’m not sorry) Eat mashed potatoes every day for weeks Move on to soups, sauces Realize you have a butter addiction and you have to buy new pants Go back to jacket potatoes?

Immersion blender help

Huge variation in performance based on how the guard around the blades interacts with the material and vessel base/sides. They'll all arrive at creamy smooth consistency given enough time, but some like the pricy Bamix are better suited for soups, others seem optimized for smoothies in narrow vessel

I can't blend things to save my life - what's the issue

this may be way too much of an answer but 🤷‍♂️. its hard to properly answer this without knowing more about your equipment and how you use it. first, not all blending is the same and different equipment is needed for different tasks. blenders are used for things with high liquid content like soups, lar

Where can i buy this set but in 220-240V?

I bought and use the Bamix M350 MAXX set. But note: Bamix works completely differently than other immersion blenders. The motor built into the Bamix is a high-torque design that delivers powerful, consistent performance without needing extremely high RPMs. It provides consistently stable torque. Usi

Low Cal Whipped Cream (outside of USA) - 2 methods

I have been doing the cold milk method with fat free Fairlife milk and it works. I use a BAMIX immersion blender with the flat attachment as shown in their instruction video. I just take the cold milk, about 8 oz, and pour it in a tall measuring cup. The immersion blender gets it to look like whippe
