Where can i buy this set but in 220-240V?
To be honest, as a European, it's hard to get full support for Vitamix devices that aren't officially intended for the European market. For me, Vitamix is the leading brand when it comes to blenders. Immersion blender for flash blending: good enough?
I've got a bamix immersion blender, it has a disc attachment for flash blending. I think using the blade will just turn it into a slushie. Fine for Pina coladas and the like but not so great for tiki cocktails

Agreed; I thought about the Vitamix immersion blender but the high-end Bamix I have is the same when it cones to performance. And as said: the Braun Multiquick is a very good device.

Immersion blender help
Huge variation in performance based on how the guard around the blades interacts with the material and vessel base/sides. They'll all arrive at creamy smooth consistency given enough time, but some like the pricy Bamix are better suited for soups, others seem optimized for smoothies in narrow vessel

Immersion Blender Metal
Get a Bamix if you really want top quality. It doesn’t have separate top and bottom pieces. Total overkill for home though. I’ve always been happy with Braun immersion blenders even though they have plastic couplers

Bamix is the best immersion blender you can buy. I've had mine for 30 years. They may be confused and combining burr grinder and immersion blender.
