Creality is trying so hard😭

It's clearly totally different: the purge wiper is on the right instead of the left and this one has an RGB light strip. /s But in all seriousness: we should value all competition, especially at this price point. The longer Bambu Lab doesn't corner the market, the longer we might be able to avoid to

My son wants a 3d printer

I suggest the Bambu Lab A1 mini that’s on sale right now for $199. It’s a nice starter printer. If he is really into printing in the future, you can add the AMS to allow multi-color printing.

Please Recommend an FDM Printer

Bambu Lab A1 is currently $299 with free shipping. It handles one roll at a time. I have over 2500 hours of mostly terrain printing on mine, and I've only had one major issue (which simply involved cleaning the hot end) and it was my own fault. it has auto levelling, flow calibration, and a robust r

H2S vs P2S — Is H2S worth it for print quality, if I don’t need the size?

Hey, welcome to the hobby 😄 After several thousand print hours across different Bambu Lab printers, here’s my honest take: Print quality is identical across all of them. You’re not going to see smoother surfaces or better detail between models — it’s the same core tech. The only real difference (esp

I bought the A1 with the AMS lite. Holy crap.

Welcome! I bought my A1 combo a year ago. I’d seen 3D printers, but were scared off from the stories I’d heard. I was into tinkered with computers, I didn’t need to tinker with a 3D printer too. Then I saw someone on YouTube talking about Bambu. I thought about getting the mini by itself, then thoug

I have my own (mini) Rocky! 🥰

OP has a resin printer, which is going to give you much higher resolution than a filament printer. However, like OP says, there is more to deal with in terms of safety and post-print work. For very little money (all things considered), you can get something like the Bambu Lab A1 mini which is often

Looking to buy my first printer

Multicolor = U1 all the way. I LOVE Bambu lab and have 2x A1’s and 1x H2D but the U1 is SO much better (faster and “no” waste) for multicolor. Will drop a YouTube video on my channel (same name as my username), in 12 hours or so about why the U1 is my new #1 recommended printer, even for beginners.

Looking to buy my first printer

As it's not an enclosed or heated chamber printer, it's not suitable for more advanced filament like ABS/ASA etc. (which is more aimed towards functional and more durable prints for gears etc), but for someone who "never used or bought a 3-D printer" and "looking forward to using it for multicolor"

Fuck dust collection fittings

Yup. Any of the Bambu Labs printers. The A1 is their cheapest full-size model. It doesn't have a chamber but you don't need one for basic materials that you need for this stuff. You can get the basic model for $299 or the combo that allows up to 4 colors for $399. For covered models you have a log o

Banbulab A1

I’ve had an A1 Combo for about 3 weeks now. I have zero previous 3D printing experience and I can say that I am having an absolute BLAST with my A1. I’ve done nothing but print accessories for it and storage solutions for my office. I’ve done a few 4ish hours prints, multi-color prints, and used bot
