If it is just the one ptfe tube that pops out, then the metal clip on the inside of the filament hub is damaged. You can try this fix. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1/troubleshooting/ams-lite-filament-hub-cannot-hold-tube This worked for awhile for me. My recommendation would be to replace the filam

I had the same problem with my A1 Mini a few days ago. It looked pretty bad, too. But since I’m pretty comfortable taking things apart and tinkering, I tried to salvage what I could. I was able to clean everything, and the A1 Mini is printing perfectly again! I used a heat gun, tweezers, and pliers

same thing for me, support was great, new switch was ~$20 i think, and im currently replacing it, but im stuck on the part of removing 1, 2, and 3 on https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1/maintenance/replacement_of_power_switch

The A1/A1 mini are a solid choice and quite set and forget, until something goes sideways.
