Is the IQAir 250 XE overkill for 55m³?
I’d ask yourself if you need a good all around air purifier or one that’s really good for odors/vocs but meh for particles. If you want all around, go with the healthmate plus. If you are just concerned about gases, go with the GC Multigas. I have both and prefer the healthmate plus for its superior

Best air purifier for construction dust, smoke, and baby safety?

I've had my Austin Air for 13 years and the motor is still working like a charm. It's a beast. I use it in the bedroom and the quality of the air in the bedroom is consistently better than the air in the rest of the apartment. Smells better, feels better. This thing collects a ton of dust. The AA co
