adam d3v are a really good option in that price range. I actually went with that over the audioengine a2+ and kanto after trying both those. Havent tried the neumi so cant say on that. This is it, final setup after a year.
It's by far the best speakers I used in a desktop setup. Also tried edifier m60 and audioengine a2+ but this is miles better. There is a good bas for such a small speaker. What's the volume control like? Can you go entirely through USB so the only volume source is your PC? I just switched from my Audioengine A2+ active speakers to some Kef Q1 Metas because I got sick of having two seperate volume dials.
