I have a fairly new ASUS Zenbook S14 with Harmon Kardon speakers and audio on 24.04 LTS and even 25.10 is just horrible or doesn’t work at all. However, it works flawlessly in either Fedora 43 or the Ubuntu 26.04 beta.

Zenbook S14 definitely doesn't stand in the same league with Thinkpad X1 Carbon. Two years ago I have Zenbook S14 with Meteor Lake. l assure you, the experience is night and day compared with a Thinkpad. Asus software also felt half-assed. I experienced glitches often when using Zenbook.

Same I might get an MacBook Pro M1 Max and dualboot it with asahi Linux or the best for my budget I found right now that isn't a macbook would be the said zenbook 14 Oled with Ai an 7 350 processor. But its significantly less powerful but has better Linux support and I can also dualboot it with Linu

G-Helper Sucks. I used it for my Asus Zenbook 14 OLED, cause i figured it should work fine with it, but it caused a bunch of crashes and overheating one time i saw 71C and fans going at 16%, like please start taking off like a jet turbine, my bois need to be cooled. Maybe the device works as expecte
