I own and 15" m4 MacBook air, a 11th gen Snapdragon Surface book pro, and an 16" Asus Snapdragon Vivo book and a 14" razer with a 4070. The MacBook is the quickest. The screen is just ok. Of course, it has really good fit and finish. I love the screen on the Vivo book the most, since it's a large ol...

Should i change my gaming laptop for a MacBook Air m4?

Keep in mind, that M-chips are ARM, so your Windows x86_x64 will be running in a compatibility mode taking extra resources. Coding, multimedia, and battery life are great on a MacBook. But gaming: Windows or Linux. My choice was an Asus Vivobook S16 with AMD HX 370 Radeon 890m and CachyOS. Added mat...

Linux > Windows even on new & powerful hardware (ThinkPad E14 Gen 6)!

Similar experience on Asus Vivobook S16 (AMD HX370) and CachyOS. Got even more fps in Steam games than had on Windows 11.
